Knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support),Ability to deliver Tier 1 social-emotional learning (SEL) to all students, Skilled in identifying and referring students for Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. Individual and Group Counseling Skills, Experience conducting solution-focused interventions, Skilled at designing and leading small groups around friendship, self-regulation, conflict resolution, etc.

Excellent Collaboration & Communication with all stakeholders Able to work effectively with teachers, admin, social workers, and outside agencies,Flexibility & Patience, Skilled in identifying early signs of escalation and using preventative strategies.
