Job Description

Hours: 8:15 a.m. -3:45 p.m. (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week) - 10 Month Duty Schedule

Duties of Assignment: 1:1 care of a medically fragile elementary student with chronic health conditions.

Special Qualifications: Pediatric/adolescent nursing experience, G-tube experience, good communication skills, computer and technical healthcare skills, tact, patience, flexibility. 

Required Certification: LPN license, CPR/AED certified, First aid
