Job Description

The Case Manager for Adult Education is responsible for assisting the High School Equivalency Teacher and enrolled students in all facets of the students enrollment, assessment, academic, employment, and post-secondary education journey. The Case Manager should have experience working in an adult education setting and is responsible for completing enrollment paperwork, baseline academic assessments, resume and career preparation/exploration, and ongoing contact with students to assure their persistence in the instructional class. The Case Manager is responsible for maintaining communications with students on their case load revolving around signing up for the GED exam/progress accountability towards achieving goal, submitting accommodations testing paperwork, discussing post-graduation plans, etc. Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5PM-9PM Temporary position until 12/31/2024
